Where available, you will find a size chart next to the "Select Size" section when clicking on a specific product. You can also find information about apparel fit and product dimensions in the "Product details" section underneath each item.
We try our best to always have a full range of products in stock. However, during busy periods, popular products can sell out. Where possible we will attempt to restock these but we are unable to provide specific dates.
Collections may be limited in number and launched around specific events. These are often only available in small numbers and will not be restocked once sold out.
Generally, sale items are subject to availability and while stock remains. Often, these will not be restocked.

Please note: All available items are displayed online. Our Support Team is unable to reserve items or take overs over the phone.
Once you have placed your order and received the email confirmation from us, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Your tracking link will be included in your Shipping notification.
First check the estimated date of arrival and order status, enter your Order ID details [tracking link].
If you have placed an order containing an in-stock item alongside a pre-order item, your whole order will be shipped once the pre-order item is dispatched. Therefore, we recommend you order in-stock items separately from pre-order if needed sooner.
Missing item:
Note if your order included multiple items, some times these are shipped individually, you can track each items status under your My Account.
Tracking your order / package:
Once your package / order has left the warehouse you can track the order via our courier partners website;
For domestic orders please allow at least [X] days for your order to arrive. International orders can take up to [6] weeks to arrive into the country and clear customs.
Due COVID-19, some countries have delays, please be patient.
Once you have placed your order you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam folder / search for an email from store@gear.blizzard.com.
It is possible to ship to an address that is different to you billing.
Please note, however, we always include the order details in the parcel and this displays the amount paid for the order.
We do not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time.
Alternatively you may consider purchasing a Giftcard.
All orders can be placed online.
We are unable to create an order or take payments over the phone for security reasons.
Our support team are available to help if you are having difficulty placing an order online.
Cost of delivery is calculated during the check out process.
Please note: international shipping costs may vary and may be subject to import charges.
Typically orders are dispatched by the Distribution Centers within 2-5 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch notification along with estimated arrival times via email.
Shipped and received within Europe: For orders sent from Europe and delivered within Europe - as a European Business, any orders shipped and delivered within the European Union are exempt from customs and import charges.
All other international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient for these orders is responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt.
To find out if there are customs charges, please check your country’s customs and import policy.
The return address and instructions can be found on your returns label, included in the packaging.

Orders placed after 1st January 2022:
You can return your goods if they are in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels, with your proof of purchase, within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the order.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you will have to return the items at your own cost. In these cases, you must bear all costs, including any customs or duties charges where applicable, associated with returning the goods to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a Recorded or Special delivery service for returning your goods.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact the Store Support Team who’ll provide you with return instructions.
Once your items have reached out warehouse you’ll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to [14] working days to process the return. After this, the refund can take up to [14] working days to show on your bank statement, and it will be paid in accordance with the Refunds section of our terms and conditions.
Exclusions
Most jewelry items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
Face masks cannot be returned.
Orders placed before January 1st 2022
From the 1st of January, the Activision Blizzard Gear store is operated by Legends, an internationally recognized, licensed merchandise partner. The shop was operated by another company before the 1st January: Fanatics.
Due to this change, you will be unable to access any account or order history for orders placed prior to January 1st 2022. If you have any questions about your order/ history, please contact Fanatics directly via this email address: customer.services@blizzardgearstore.com or visit their FAQ page.
If you have received a notification that your order has been cancelled, it could have been due to a number of reasons such as product availability or your bank refusing the payment. Refunds will apply automatically if your order has been cancelled.
Refunds can take up to [14] working days to appear on your bank statement. Please wait until this time has passed, and if your refund is still not showing in your bank account, please contact Store Support Team.
If your order has been cancelled, after notification, your refunds will appear on your bank statement up to [14] working days later.
If you have returned an item to us, once your items have reached our warehouses, it can take up to [14] working days to process the return. After this, you will be refunded for the cost of the returned item, which can take up to [14] working days to appear on your bank statement.
